We recently celebrated our 20th anniversary with a fantastic dinner at Italian Kitchen, conveniently located just a couple of blocks from our hotel, the Sheraton Wall Centre. Despite being a weeknight, the restaurant was alive with energy! Our server was thoroughly knowledgeable of the menu, guiding us expertly through our choices. We decided to indulge in: - Caesar Salad - Poached Pear & Gorgonzola Salad - Veal Saltimbocca - Bucatini alla Carbonara The veal was incredibly tender, paired with a subtly flavored sauce that elevated the dish. My first time trying the Bucatini alla Carbonara and was thoroughly impressed! The noodles offered a delightful chewiness, coated in a rich, creamy egg yolk sauce. It was delicious, though definitely on the heavier side--perfect for sharing! As a lovely surprise to end our meal, we enjoyed a complimentary dessert: delightful donut holes dusted with powdered sugar, filled with smooth and rich chocolate, and served with a creamy dipping sauce. Thank you, Italian Kitchen, for providing such a memorable and enjoyable celebration for our anniversary!

We were here to celebrate my birthday, and the service I received is wonderful our server makes us feel like home, and she is super thoughtful too, giving us black towel to match our outfit and food is 10/10 delicious!!! The appetizer platter’s portion is generous!! We love every flavor of pastas.

Came back to eat here and brought my girlfriend to celebrate our 4 months. The overall quality of this restaurant is fantastic and I recommend it to anyone needing a spot to bring their special person to dine here. We were craving pasta and both dishes we ordered filled us! Definitely will comeback to have another excellent experience.

Restaurant Review – A Birthday to Remember I recently celebrated my birthday with my husband at this charming restaurant, and it truly made the evening special from start to finish. Although it was a rainy evening, the moment we stepped inside, any gloom was forgotten. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with just the right balance of elegance and comfort. The ambiance set the tone for a relaxing, memorable night out. What really stood out was the exceptional service. Our server Piero was attentive, genuinely friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. They made us feel celebrated without being over-the-top—just the right touch of thoughtful hospitality. As for the food—absolutely delicious. My husband ordered the frutti di mare pasta, which was packed with fresh seafood and perfectly cooked pasta in a rich, savory sauce. I had the carbonara, and it was spot-on: creamy, flavorful, and comforting without being overly heavy. You could tell everything was made with quality ingredients and care. To top it off, we were surprised with a complimentary dessert in honor of my birthday, which was such a thoughtful gesture. It was the perfect sweet ending to an already wonderful meal. We left feeling full, happy, and grateful for such a lovely experience. Despite the rainy weather, the evening couldn’t have felt brighter. Italian Kitchen in Vancouver proved to be a delightful Sunday evening experience, largely thanks to their enticing prefixed menu and the exceptional service. We opted for the Sunday special and were treated to a truly memorable meal. Overall, our Sunday special at Italian Kitchen was a fantastic value and a truly enjoyable culinary experience. The innovative 100 layer lasagna was a standout, complemented perfectly by the fresh salad and delightful zeppoles. Coupled with the exceptional service from Goran, Italian Kitchen is definitely a restaurant we would highly recommend, especially for their thoughtfully crafted specials. We look forward to returning and exploring more of their menu.

What a great venue, the staff especially Asma did a great job. Our 5 year old son was well catered for with a plain spaghetti made especially for him! It was great that they made the effort to include him in the conversation. The food is great. Would highly recommend if you are visiting Vancouver.

I had an amazing experience at Italian Kitchen! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. Everything we ordered was mouthwatering, and they truly provide first-class service. We celebrated our wedding anniversary there, and to make the night even more special, they surprised us with a complimentary dessert. It was incredible! I highly recommend their pasta—so flavorful—and the seafood platter, which was perfectly prepared. And you must try their signature tiramisu—it’s the best I’ve ever had! Definitely a place worth visiting.

Dined here a few evenings ago with my partner and we had the most wonderful and phenomenal experience. The food was delicious and we found the dishes we ordered to be extremely fresh and well-prepared. Our server, Chris W was honestly one of the greatest servers we’ve ever had in Vancouver. Super knowledgeable on the menu, attentive and kind! We would certainly come again for dinner.
